Definition:
A project management technique where:

- Requires updates to the project plan and often formal change control.
- Earlier plans are typically baselined, so changes are controlled.
Examination Content Outline (ECO)
Purpose:
Organizes PMP exam content into three Performance Domains, reflecting core project manager responsibilities.
The Three Domains:
- People: Focuses on leadership, team building, and interpersonal skills.
- Process: Covers technical project management, methodologies, and tools.
- Business Environment: Involves alignment with organizational strategy, compliance, and external factors.
Domain Details:
- Each domain lists key tasks defining project manager responsibilities.
- The order of tasks is not fixed.
- Tasks and enablers are essential to understand for both adaptive (agile) and predictive (traditional) project settings.
- Domain names themselves are not directly tested, but tasks are.
